Obverse:
Minerva standing, with a flaming lamp in her hand leans over a sitting woman (Industry) and points to a drawing. Next to the sitting woman is a column with a vase on top. The sitting woman holds a staff by her side. Next to the column is a beehive and cornucopia.

Reverse:
A wreath encloses a hand-carved inscription. The wreath contains many items: Neptune's trident, a space, an anchor, a torch, a hammer, a scythe, a sickle, and other tools.
