Obverse:
Saint Rumbold with staff and miniature cross preaching to two people. The two people are kneeling before him. The two men may represent the men that murdered him after he denounced their sinful ways. At the bottom is the coat of arms of the city of Mechelen.

Reverse:
The tomb of Saint Rumbold in St. Rumbold's Cathedral in Mechelen, Belgium. The tomb was completed in 1825. Below the tomb are two palm branches crossed. Below the palms is the coat of arms of the Metropolitan Chapter.
