Medal commemorating the bicentenary of the annexation of Lille to France in 1667. This medal was struck on the occasion of the official trip of Napoleon III and Eugénie to the North in August 1867.

The medal is etched with the name of a person: 'P. J. DEBORGIES'.

The edge of the medal is stamped with a bee and the word 'CUIVRE'.
